We ask for a 25% deposit per person to confirm bookings. Payment of the balance (which is non-refundable) is due 8 weeks before arrival.
No refunds are made on cancellation once a holiday is paid for. If you should cancel in less than 8 weeks prior to the holiday, the full fee is payable. Therefore, it is strongly advised that you take out independent insurance against cancellation. If booking within 6 weeks of the start date, the cost must be paid in full at that time.
